The adapter was sent to me quickly and works as it is supposed to. I am pleased.
so it will only work with mice n keyboards that are set up to be used with adapters already -- this usually isnt the case with the devices most people will want this for. for success, id stick with the ones that get high marks in the user reviews.good luck. all this thing does is reposition the connection so its compatible with the usb slot on your pc, it does not actively change the signal to make it usb compatible. you guys want to look for converters, not adapters.
in short, doesn't work. I was trying to use it and there's an error. the description says that you can use the adapter for logitech keyboards. that's why I ordered this product, BUT. and my pc does not recognize the ps2 to usb adapter.
Considering that this adapter is only a connection adapter, without any circuit, there is indeed no sense in having to install a driver.I had to buy another adapter, those ones with connectors for Mouse and Keyboard, as that have a circuit in between. I have a Logitech Internet Keyboard, and this adapter did not worked.Windows XP recognized that was something in the USB, but could not install any driver or something to make it work. I use only the keyboard connector.
I bought these to use with a HP laptop and my hand held ps2 mouse. Disappointed that it didn't work as I love the mouse.
